The fruit is tasty but full of seeds, so we mostly give them to our Mexican friends, who make drinks (aguas) from them. Our Rottweiler eats all that fall to the ground, and reaches up into the tree to get more. After three years here, I guess I'm thinking more in Spanish all the time...
