To get OpenOffice running in Spanish, just download the language pack <a href="http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Download_OpenOffice.org_LanguagePacks" rel="nofollow">here</a>. You can also get the Spanish dictionary for spellchecking <a href="http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Dictionaries" rel="nofollow">here</a> if you want. This takes sticking post-it notes all over the house with the Spanish word for each object to a whole new level.

I've already followed the instructions for Firefox and it works great. I will try the others shortly.
